I had a similar situation with Nest. You need additional satellites $$$
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You could try placing the Orbi satellite further from the Orbi router. I think the max distance between the two is like 40-50 feet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This could be due to a number of factors, particularly distance from the Orbi router or satellite (this may depend on the Ring cameras themselves). You may want to try adjusting the location of your satellite to be closer to your cameras. As another option, we do have an Orbi Outdoor Satellite you may find beneficial.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Can you relocate one of the satellites closer to where your camera is located? It could be a problem with the distance or material it has to pass through to reach the camera for a solid connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same setup. I have three ac3000 Orbis with the Ring doorbell pro and a floodlight as well as the chime pro - which I don’t use as a connection. I just use the orbis. W My house is 3 floors and I had the same issue initially. When I ended up doing was moving the Orbi on the first floor closer to the outside wall toward the front of my house where the doorbell is. Then, the orbi on the basement floor towards the wall closest to the garage - where the floodlight is. This staggered configuration not only helped with the Ring connections, but also increased the coverage throughout my front and backyard. If changing the placement of the units doesn’t work, they also sell an outdoor orbi router. I haven’t tried it, but it would most likely also be a fix... a pretty expensive one having looked up the price of the outdoor unit. Hope that helps some.
