“Does the Orbi take our subpar wifi speeds and speed them up? We get maybe 15 mbps and I was wondering if this system would bring it up to 50 or higher? I believe that the placement of the modem in our 3000 sq ft home has always been the issue. Help!”

(1 router + 1 satellite, each covering approximately 2,000 sq. ft.) under a single SSID. It cannot improve your subscribed internet speeds; however, if the issue is that your affected devices are far from your current router, you may see an increase in speeds within Orbi's coverage area.

It does an excellent job of getting the speed you do have all over the house. I have 3,000 sq. for. And I can even get good wifi outside on the back porch. My husbands truck will even pick up our wifi in the driveway!
