I use my iPhone on Verizon and when I am at home its all wifi calls - I walk around the house, out front and can talk the whole time. I do notice some instances where I am not sure if the other party can hear me and that might be the switching. I work from home and use Sykpe Business and my cell for all VOIP traffic and it all functions just fine. Your mileage may vary but, for me it hasn't been an issue so far.
