You will need to provide the cellphone/mobile device you have. It’s been working great with apple devices but nit quite as smooth with samsung. Check for firmware upgrade.

Try starting and restarting the Orbi by turning it in and off and then try to connect your devices to the orbi network. Thats what worked for me. Also, patience helps as will all networking issues. It takes time for your devices to resolve any changes.
