Skybell says their doorbell devices work only when connected to 2.4 GHz. This router is dual band but does not allow to specify a separate SSID for each band. Hope it automatically connects it to 2.4 GHz channel. I have a very high speed network and skybell is sluggish when connected to my wifi with this router. I mostly see a turning cog wheel than anything else.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should work. From a basic network perspective, this is no different than a standard WiFi router. So if your Skybell or WeMo devices currently work with your existing WiFi router, this should also work. I have the Ring doorbell and Smartthings hub and they both reconnected without any issues. However, when I setup the Netgear, I set it up so that the new SSID and password were the same as the previous WiFi network that I was replacing. This made it easy for all my connected devices to reconnect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use with both and it does work
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work with both of them. They are both wifi based devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The devices should connect to your network in the same manner they are with your current router.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it will work with it
