I have the same set-up. I disabled the WiFi on the Spectrum modem/router and use Orbi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Orbi is not a modem. You have to use the spectrum modem.Put it in bridge mode ( or call spectrum to do it remotely) so it is not transmitting a wireless signal and connect Orbi to modem with Ethernet cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would add it to the spectrum service after they install it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you can do either or. I have 3 routers at my house that these are linked with. Just have to turn the wifi off on the moden/router from your internet company.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have the option of either running the Orbi's Tri-Band mesh network signal alone (recommended), or running the Orbi router system alongside Spectrum's equipment in Access Point mode. Instructions for setting up the Orbi in AP mode are located beginning on page 83 of the User Manual: https://www.netgear.com/support/product/RBK50#docs
