• I don't know what you mean by messing up but it should work just like a wired connecting from your router (albeit slightly slower speeds).

• It all depends on the speed of your internet. I get 55mbps on the down and 10mbps on the up and I play Street Fighter V and every once in a while it glitches. But I am not sure if its on my end or the other party's end. But it's a million times better than the PS4 Wi-Fi!!!

• It depends on what you're asking. If your WiFi is spotty yes. Your internet connection is dependent on your provider. If that has issues you will have issues.

• If connected properly ... yes. I went from 2.7mbps wireless to 23.2mbps using this adapter.
