If you haven’t moved any of the plugs, changed wiring connectors etc, there is no reason this should happen. Except if you had an electrical event like a brown out call the customer service folks to help you reset the units. The same happened to me but I hadn’t synced them properly. Good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's possible the device has gone bad, but it's just as likely there's something plugged into your household power that is causing interference. Look around to see if you plugged in anything new around the time you noticed the device starting to lose packets, unplug that new thing, and see if that fixes the issue. Also possible is a bad ethernet cable, try replacing those to and from the ethernet powerline devices too.
