“I have been using a D-link model DHP-309AV with a windows 7 OS and recently upgraded to Windows 10. I must have the ability to log on to 2 different servers in order to work remotely. D-link does not work wit Windows 10. Will this one work??”

as long as your computer has a RJ-45 Ethernet port the device is compatible. - NETGEAR
