They are backwards comparable. I used one of my old ones in the back office and it works great with new one

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would be surprised if one talked directly to the other. They come in pairs with unique IDs and are meant to see each other only. Will the new pair of 1200G work on your network? Of course. No reason why they won't all work together. Just done expect to have just one of each model on the network to function. Each pair will do its job.
