Probably not. Typically TV's need very specific WiFi adaptors made by the company that made the TV. An example would be WiFi on a Sony TV will require a Sony WiFi adaptor.

As long as your TV has a usb port and can connect to the internet

I know that this will work Plug and Play in any PC. It does require drivers to work so it may have limitations on certain HDTV's.

It is listed compatible with Windows and Mac. This may mean that smart TV's using Android are not supported.
