• If the Blu-ray player is not smart built in,with wifi, than it is analog. You will be better off purchasing a smart capable Blu-ray player if you need to have wireless capabilty, This product is mainly for usb interface wireless connectivity for Computers and such.

• No. Bluray is simply a player. The only way to connect to internet is through the Ethernet cable.
