• If you have a Smart phone with adequate data, you can make a wifi hotspot from the phone and connect any device with wifi to the phone's data.

• You could tether to your cell phone if you have the right kind and the right service. Eventually you'll run out of data however. It would be wiser to download movies before leaving or bring DVD/Blu Ray disks instead.

• Unless your kindle fire can accept and does have a data plan, you cannot go online. One solution that might work is to use your smart phone's hotspot, which acts as a wifi source.
