Q: QuestionHi! I was curious, is this the same color copper as the straightener? Not the limited edition color to match but the just “copper” straightener. Most of the straighteners to this are out of stock so I was looking at that color and loved it.

Q: QuestionI read it’s for damp hair. Can it be used on completely dry hair and have the same effect? I don’t wash my hair everyday. Thanks

If you begin with dry hair, you can use a spray bottle of water to dampen each section as you style, rather than washing your hair or getting your whole head wet at one time. Q: QuestionDoes this have a dual voltage or is there a version with dual voltage

• A:Answer Hi there Peachy, this is Tia from Dyson! Generally, Dyson products, such as the Airwrap hair styler, are designed specifically for the countries where they are sold and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet another country's electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed, which is not recommended by Dyson as this could damage the unit and void the warranty. • A:Answer Don’t dry your hair completely, start with damp hair and spray some volumizing spray like the Oribe Volumizing Spray on sections and try it. If that doesn’t work, do the crown and bang part of your hair with the round brush attachment curling outwards

Q: QuestionHi there I’ve been looking at the tutorials and was wondering if you needed to use a setting spray afterwards or would it be best not to? I would prefer to not use a spray but if it helps with lasting the curls longer it would be great to know.
