The biggest difference between the Switch-Lite and the Switch is whether you use controllers to play the game. (It depends on the gamer). You do have the option to wirelessly pair the Joy-Con Controllers, especially when playing with another player, which this game can be played, both single-player or multiple players. By pairing the Joy-Con controllers you can play this game on the Switich-Lite. Without the Joy-Con Controllers, no you can't play this game.
