“Water seems to be collecting underneath the fridge. Would you recommend for that and look like a drip tray? Came with it but we couldn't see where to install that. Can you give us direction on that please?”

Thank you for contacting Newair. The unit has a drip tray that is located at the back of the unit that collects excess water and would need to be emptied. Best Regards, Customer Care
