can I leave it on 24-7? null

I wouldn't leave on, I only turn mine on when I need ice however, I keep a couple bags of ice in the freezer. When this ice maker is in the on position ice is being made, so if you want to make ice 24-7 leave it on but understand that you have to add water and empty the ice basket through the day. It's not a commercial ice maker

I have left mine on 24/7 since I bought it 4 months ago. My wife keeps it full of filteted water so its been making ice or fulll for that entire time. Still works as good as day 1.
