No it is not reversible. The band has magnets to close it.

Unfortunately I never tried it. I don’t think you can.

Not as far as I can tell. The gray color is only on the underside of the band.

I don’t think it would work. The snaps that secure to the watch might not secure it to the watch, the pins to join the bands would be backwards and the look would have issues as seen in the photo....
