Hello, Thank you for reaching out! The camera has a Smart Sense Parking feature in which the camera goes to sleep once the vehicle is off, but the radar and g-sensor remain on, and if there is any movement the camera starts recording, and in case of vibration sensed you'll even receive a notification in your phone about an event happening!
