Hello, thank you for your question! The Piqo dash cam isn’t fully wireless, it needs a power connection to operate. You install it using the Quick Connect OBD Cable for constant power (supports Smart Parking), the Pro Install Cabale for a hardwired setup via the fuse box or a standards 12V socket if you don’t need Smart Parking. It doesn’t have a built-in battery, so it relies on your vehicle’s power supply.
