• Hello, This is likely to be a loose rear camera cable. I'd recommend checking that the connector 30cm from the rear camera is fully inserted until it clicks into place.

• Might be your sd card believe it or not. Install a 64 gb U3 Level 10 card with a good brand name and let me know how it works out

• Most likely the rear camera is defective.
