• A:Answer Wish I had an answer to offer, instead, all I wanted to do was chime in and say I am experiencing the exact same problem! Super frustrating! Every year I preorder NHL on BestBuy and for some reason this year the Early Access feature did not get sent. I paid the extra money for Deluxe, specifically for getting i to the game 7 days before the release date on September 12th, but it looks like Best Buy has a glitch in issuing the early codes. I waited 24 hours and then had to call Customer Service. They checked, confirmed the early access code was mysteriously missing, and they agreed to cancel and refund my money. Might need to try and get your money back and buy from somewhere else. Good luck!
