“I see a pop up window that says dvr registration and it asks for a username and password. After I create my user name and confirm the password it says wrong user name. I never get to the wizard setup. How do i get pass this popup?”

Good Afternoon, By default, the username for your system is admin. Please leave the username as admin when logging in for the first time and simply create your own password that conforms to the password requirements. You can later create new users with new usernames and passwords. Thanks for choosing Night Owl.
