• In order to view your system on a smart device or PC/Mac, the DVR will need to be manually connected to a working modem or router. Thanks for choosing Night Owl!

• You will need a physical ethernet line to a router (or tethering to another VPN capable or hot spot device) for the Night Owl DVR to have internet access. But once you have that, then you can view the video from your phone though the app.
