“How long do the batteries last? If we install this system, do we have to change or charge batteries? In the cameras or in the monitors? Where can the cameras be monitored? On IPad or computer? I hate to sound stupid, but I have not had any experience with this type device.”

Our systems do not use batteries. Our DVRs are power through power cords with a 12v adapter, the same goes for the cameras, which are connected to the DVR via coaxial cable with a video and a power connector that will power up 4 cameras at a time by connecting a 4-way splitter (included)
