• There is a ring of red LED lights that are pretty easy to spot.

• The infared on these cameras is pretty amazing...I get almost 40' of light in a pitch black circumstance. If you add a little light...it makes the camera travel further...daytime I can view over 300'. Clarity is very good with these cameras also at night/day. At night the infared does come on and you will see red lights around the lense, nothing obvious unless you are staring at the cameras.

• if you have all the lights turn off you will barely see them. The only thing you can see are the infrared lights which are very very dim.

• They a very small, you will see a red gleam at night.. but camera themselves you will not see.

• All cameras use LED to see. These LED need power and depending on the camera type, it will provide some type of blue, red or white glow at night.
