• No, but you will not be able to view them remotely on your phone/tablet. With no internet, you can still view the cameras on the screen that is attached to the DVR

• No, internet is not required to live view your cameras and recordings on a TV monitor. However, if you do not connect your DVR / NVR to your modem or router you will be unable to remotely view your system on a smart device or on your PC / MAC. Thanks for choosing Night Owl.
