“I purchased a lorex 4 camera system some time ago. The app malfunctioned and the alert function no longer works. I was told by lorex tech service the app would not be updated. Will night owl pull the same thing on their system”

• Doubtful this would happen. If ever you cant see the camera from the night owl connect app. just reset the dvr.
