Yes you can,I found out if you just spray a little spider killing spray whatever you can pick up at your local walmart.just spray the area around the camera and on the camera if you choose.just not on the lenses and your basically goid to go for the time being till the effect goes away then just redo and back ready to start viewing a spider web free lense.

For instance, you can use an insecticide and prevent spiders from gathering there, which many of our customer do. Additionally, you can alter the sensitivity of those outdoor cameras to where they will not detect the spider or cobweb, though this may prevent the cameras from detecting many events that occur within the field of view. Lastly, and perhaps your best choice, would be to upgrade these cameras to our PIR cameras that require both heat and motion to trigger a recording or notifications. Thanks for choosing Nigh Owl!
