How hard is it to install this system? null

How do you install a night owl security system?

That is a tough question to answer since we don’t know anything about where you are installing it. There are a ton of variables that could change the answer either way. Is it going through an attic, do you even have attic access where you want to put the cameras, is the dvr going to be on an outside wall, do you have spray foam insulation, is this in a business or a house, as you can see it is impossible to answer. It would be best to have a geek squad consultation to see what they would charge so it is installed correctly and you get the most out of your system.

Our systems are sold as DIY (Do-it-Yourself) kits. The only difficult portion of the installation is running the cables from the cameras to the DVR/NVR. How hard that is depends upon your setup and level of comfortability with cabling. We do have some customers who opt to hire a 3rd party installers, which is always an option.
