• Yes it will work with the D3200. Yes it will auto focus as long as the camera body does not require a lens with auto focus motor built-in.

• The AF NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8D lens will operate on the D3200 however there will be limitations with this lens such as auto focus. The lens does not have an autofocus motor and the camera will not be able to autofocus.
