- Answer Yes, it comes with a one-year USA limited warranty + Nikon's 4 years USA extended service coverage for a total of five years of protection. (This is straight from the warranty information I got when I purchased the lens.)

- Answer Well, it’s depends what “fast” really means to you. I think that for video is fast enough because its macro capabilities, the only think I noticed is that is really noisy.
