“I shoot a lot of editorial fashion as well as runway photography. Runway is very low light as well as no flash. Is this lens a good lens to not have to go over 800 ISO At speed of a minimum of 125? I shoot with a D7200 and I usually have to rent”

I believe this lens would be a terrible choice for your intended use. Look for something with a much lower F stop such as a 2.8 which requires much lower light than the higher F stop.

Depending on price budget you may want to look into the Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 16-80mm f/2.8-4E ED VR Standard Zoom lens or the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 24-120mm f/4G ED VR Standard Zoom lens. If you are far from your subject, alternatively, you may want something with a further reach such as the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm f/4G ED VR Telephoto Zoom lens. These are all great lenses to invest in for any growing DSLR camera bag and they are all completely compatible with the Nikon D7200 DSLR camera.
