The AF-S 55-300mm lens will give more wide-angle at 55mm and also more zoom range.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well 70-300mm is slightly better as it has IF- "Internal Focusing. The lens is able to focus without physically changing its size, where optical movement is limited to the interior of the non-extending part of the lens barrel, allowing for a more compact and lightweight lens as well as closer focusing distances." However, 55-300mm is little wider so, I would recommend this one as I think you need not just good zoom lens for wildlife but wide lens for landscaping also. After overall, I would suggest you to get 70-300mm for wildlife and some 10,16,14,20mm lens for wide shots.
