“Is this compatible with a D3200? I do surf action photography”

• The lens is compatible with all Nikons with the f mount. The D3200 is an f mount just as all the full frames that Nikon offers. The only cameras that are not compatible are the Nikon 1 series. I would add this tidbit though about the lens. I use a D3300 and when I take a picture the image just doesn't look quite right at the low end of the zoom. The picture is sharp and in focus, bokeh is present, but it looks off. The lowest mm I use is 65mm.
