Yes, the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR lens is fully compatible with the Nikon D3300 DX-format DSLR camera. The D3300 does not have a built-in focus motor, but as long as you're using AF-S, AF-P or newer E-type lenses you will have complete compatibility and autofocus options available. AI and AF-type lenses can also be used with this camera but will have some limitation.
