No man its not. This lenses is for the dslr line f-mount.

The AF-S NIKKOR 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR Lens can be compatible with the Nikon 1 J1, but you will need to have the FT1 Mount Adapter which will allow you to use F mount lenses on the Nikon 1 cameras.
