• Probably not because the lens is for Nikon full frame camera while the D7000 is a DX camera. However, the full frame lens will work on the the D7000.

• Probably not. But I don't understand why you need this lens for D7000. I owned a D7000 (and still do, after I purchased a D750), and see no reason to use this lens on a Nikon DX camera. If you want a zoom lens for your D7000, the Nikorr DX 18-200mm is the same and excellent choice.
