Best Buy has limited stock space so they won't have everything on hand. In order to use their price matching policy and Best Buy points easier, I purchased this lens from the Customer Service counter at my local store and had it delivered to my house. Even if you don't use those features and your concerned about buying "online", you can use the same process.
