There is no charger; use lithium AA batteries (4) and you will get more pictures for you buck than other types of AA batteries

The Coolpix B500 uses AA Batteries, if you would like rechargeable batteries, you can use the EN-MH2-B4 Batteries with the MH-73 Charger Kit.
