• Yes it absolutely does! I'm just starting to scratch the surface of what this camera can do with low light camera concert shots.

• I didn't shoot concert pictures but indoor and dark background without flash came out good.With flash on turned out well within 5 to 12 feet of subject. For greater distance no flash and room light was fine but exposure is slowed so have to be steady or use tripod.
