“I shoot a lot of pictures of coins and pocket watches. I need very close up pictures to show year and quality of coins, does this camera allow me to get close like 1-5 inches from subject and get clear sharp pictures?”

When using the Macro Mode feature of the Coolpix B500 you are able to get sharp, clear pictures that up close to the subject.
