I had this problem and found that I wasn't panning far enough. There is an indicator on the screen. There are also two panorama settings. Try them both. One does a smaller panorama view than the other.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I suspect you may be moving it to scan a panoramic photo. Be sure you turn to one area, take a still shot, then to the next then the next. The innter workings of the camera should then be able to put it together for you. If not go back to Best Buy and ask them to help you do this correctly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.After you hold the shutter button down you should release and then begin scanning in the direction that you want to take the panorama in. You do not need to keep you hand on the shutter. Make sure you are not moving too quickly or shaking the camera too much. That will also throw an error message.
