“I am having issues with the camera freezing up and does not respond to the on/off button. In order to close the lens I have to remove the battery. Replacing the battery does not help, I've tried. What do you suggest?”

• Take the memory card out of the Nikon COOLPIX s7000 and take images to see if the freezing issue stops. If it does try using another memory card in the camera. If the freezing issue continues please contact Nikon Support for further assistance.
