How weatherproof is the Nikon 5300? null

It is by no means water proof. So take care to not get this camera submerged. However, I use this a lot for wildlife photography and has handled morning dew, moisture and light rain well with no damage. Just be sure to give it a good wipe down and do NOT let any dust or water enter into the body of the camera (when the lens or cap is off). This could damage the sensor.
