Yes it comes with a USA Warranty! I was very cautious when I went to the Bestbuy store and made myself sure by looking at the outside of the box where you see the description of the item including the serial number. You should see “USA” among the numbers and also the Warranty Card inside the box is identified as USA Warranty. You can learn a lot about Nikon and other Brands of Camera Equipment by searching for Ken Rockwell at “kenrockwell.com”. His website is the one I use on anything regarding Nikon and it is where I read about the info on the answer I just gave you! Specially important is to read his suggestions on setting up your Camera for use. He explains all the different settings on the Camera very easy and shows examples of the final photos.
