Never had the 7100 but I believe the iso on the 7200 is higher. Just watch some YouTube videos and a lot of your questions will be answered

Exposure bracketing, for instance, allows for 9 frames on the D7200 as opposed to 2-5 frames on the D7100 in various steps of EV. Another is the addition of options to the D7200 that are not in the D7100, such as "Flat" in Picture Control and another for editing "Distortion Control" in-camera. Yet another difference is that the D7100 has an option to choose a color temperature from 2500K-10000K for white balance, while the D7200 does not.
