• Yes, the AF-S NIKKOR 85mm f/1.8G Lens and the AF-S NIKKOR FX NIKKOR 50mm 1.8G Lenses are fully compatible with the D810 and will autofocus.

• The lenses should work. "FX" refers to full-frame camera compatibility, and since the Nikon D810 is full-frame, they go together well. "DX" lenses are not compatible with the Nikon D810.
