“Is it normal for the inside light to pulsate while cooking? I live in an apartment, it isn't causing any lights in the apartment to flicker or anything of that sort, it's only the light in the oven.”

I just purchased this because construction near my house has caused the power to go in and out, including my oven. I noticed that the light inside the ninja double oven would pulse if it was having to use a lot of power. My fridge light also pulsed making me think it’s a surge issue. Plug it somewhere so that it draws its own power.
