• Steaks are fantastic. I've made steaks twice already. I seasoned them and put them in for 10 minutes and they came out a perfect medium rare.

• I have not done a hole steak , but i have do beef and broccoli and it only takes about 15 min cook time 5 for the broccoli tossed in oil and salt & pepper push to one side add marinated meat cook for 5 min mix together and cook for 5 min and i serve with rice

• In an air drier I don't think so, but in an air fryer yes. There is plenty of room for about two to three steaks and the air fryer will cook them evenly and quickly... if you mind the food and turn the steaks when the time is right.
